What is FlatFilePro's cancellation policy?
No contracts and no % of revenue. Cancel or change plans any time from the My Account section of the FlatFilePro app. Your paid plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle.
Is the Claude and ChatGPT connection extra?
No. The AI connection comes with every plan and every free trial. It's never an extra charge.
Can I edit all my listings and product types?
Yes. Every Amazon listing is editable in FlatFilePro. We support all product types (close to 1,800) except books, which use a different Amazon system. We sync Amazon's product rules every six hours, so you always work with the latest version.
How do I switch to a different plan?
Go to the My Account section of the FlatFilePro app and pick a new plan. Changes are pro-rated, so you never pay extra.
How does FlatFilePro get information from Amazon?
We're an authorized Amazon App Store app. When you connect your account, we pull data straight from Seller Central in about five minutes. It can take a bit longer if you have thousands of listings.
How often do you sync with Amazon?
Product type rules sync every six hours. Your inventory and listings sync at least once a day, and more often on some plans.
How do you spot the difference between Amazon's page and my backend data?
We read two sources: what you sent (Seller Central) and what shoppers see (the live Amazon page). The Reflection Engine shows where they match and where they don't, so you can fix it or open a case.
How are changes sent to Seller Central?
Through Amazon's official API, the moment you approve them. FlatFilePro checks each value against Amazon's rules before it sends.
Can I do bulk edits?
Yes. Pick the listings, choose what to change, and send it all at once. Or just ask your AI to do it, and approve the changes first.
How do I manage several accounts, brands or countries?
Switch between accounts from one menu, so changes never go to the wrong one. Each marketplace connector covers a new brand or country.
